Over the past several years Frank has been responsible for overseeing Dead River Company's Brewer district needs with W.S. Emerson. During that time Frank has shown a real desire to provide us with quality service pertaining to our uniform needs. He has worked closely with both my Operations Manager and Service Manager to insure that our delivery driver's and service technician's are outfitted in uniforms that fit properly and meet Dead River Company's criteria. In both our vehicles and our uniforms the image we present to our customers is extremely important. In this respect Frank has done a great job helping us maintain our image. His attention to detail, as evidenced by the uniform order sheet he developed, has helped us save time and prevented incorrect sizes from being ordered.

On a separate note Frank has been instrumental in helping me organize the Dead River Company Classic each year. He has provided both myself and Maine Women's basketball with suggestions for the Classic. The gifts and t-shirts we have presented each year have been well received. I also appreciate the fact that Frank is mindful of the budget we are operating under when giving us his thoughts and ideas.

Anytime we have a question or concern Frank reacts promptly. He takes his relationship with Dead River Company seriously and I appreciate all of his help.
